We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) that you purchased from this website within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, less any shipping charges.

Shipping

The item you ordered will be shipped out in 3 business days when the payment is clear. We normally use ground services. The arrival time is usually 5~10 business days in US after we ship out. When you calculate the delivery date (ETA), please add one more day because we usually ship out one day later after we confirmed the payment. 

Returns

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [insert contact information]. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

All returned items must be in their original condition and include all accessories. Any items that are not in their original condition, or are missing accessories, may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund.

Also, we don’t offer returns or refunds for international customers for complex processes.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase, less any shipping charges to purchase and to return the item(s). Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Please note that we do not refund shipping charges to purchase and to return the item(s), and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
